Thanks for your support on JIRENO. Please accept our sincere apology, if a delay or other issues happen to your shipment recently.

Since the COVID-19 hasn't to be controlled effectively, the international logistics is taking steps beyond our expectations, The logistic efficiency is much slower than usual, especially in Europe. Meanwhile, there are Some European countries that don't support distribution via Amazon logistics temporary. Don't worry, our team have contact with the Amazon team for solutions, and will figure it out asap.

Short Term Purchase Policy (available from 2022 Feb 10th to Feb 28th)

Since we are offering JIRENO official super early bird discount for JIRENO CUBE4 before February 10th. Please note that orders from the United States, EU and other countries placed before Feb 10th will bear the corresponding shipping costs, and the shipping costs will be displayed on the check out page. The super early bird discount will expire after February 10th, if you are interested, please lock your super early bird in time.

JIRENO CUBE4 is going to launch on Amazon.com and official website in March, now it accepts pre-order on our online store. Please be aware that your order may take more time to deliver than usual. Thanks for your support and patience. The shipping policy below will active from Feb 10th, 2022.

1. General Shipping Information:

1) We will arrange the shipment every Wednesday start from March, However, due to the impact of the COVID and weather, logistics to EUand the UK have been delayed. We expect to send orders from the EU and the UK in April. (For orders which we will ship from the amazon EU/US/JP/CA warehouse, the shipment will be arranged every day. )

2) We cannot ship items to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

3) Shipments subject to carrier performance restrictions. This includes but is not limited to; severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control. 

4) In addition to transit time, there may be processing time. 

2. What countries do you ship to?

Due to global logistic issues, we're not able to figure out the suitable to ship to the countries from Africa & South America, and countries that do not belong EU. You can also purchase JIRENO products via authority shop offline in your country. Sorry for all the inconvenience.

3. Free Shipping Restrictions:

The free shipping offer is limited to standard ground shipping and is valid only in the countries covered by Amazon US/EU/JP's logistics. Shipments are subject to the carrier on-time performance and availability. Subject to change without notice.

4. How Can I Track My Order?

If you have a jireno.com account you can view your order's status under the "My Orders" tab of your account page. If you do not have an account you track your order here. You will need your order number and contact email on hand.
