1、12-Month Warranty

All JIRENO products are covered under a 12-Month limited warranty, which starts on the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers any manufacturing or workmanship defects that might occur.


The customer must contact or email our support team (Email: support@jireno.com) for a return authorization prior to sending any product back to JIRENO.

During delivery, please make sure the package is in good condition and follow our warranty process:

2.1 The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase. We require your order number, order information, and sales invoice.

2.2 JIRENO must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product.

2.3 The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required.

2.4 It may be necessary to return the item for quality inspection.

3、Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations

3.1 Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect

3.2 Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase

3.3 Buyer’s accidental returns

3.4 Returning personal items

3.5 Returning items claimed to have defects but found by JIRENO quality control to be in working condition

3.6 Returning defective items

3.7 Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

4、Not Covered Under Warranty:

4.1  Products without sufficient proof of purchase

4.2  Lost or stolen products

4.3  Items returned after their warranty period has expired.

4.4  Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)

4.5  Free products

4.6  Repairs through 3rd parties

4.7  Damage from outside sources

4.8  Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)

4.9  This limited warranty does not cover from misuse/abuse, modification or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, and etc.)

5、JIRENO is not liable for:

5.1 Loss of data incurred from the use of JIRENO products

5.2 Returning personal items sent to JIRENO
When returning items for non-quality issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. JIRENO does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.

6、Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

6.1 Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through JIRENO’s authorized distributors and retailers are handled through JIRENO.

6.2 For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise, a new item will be sent.

6.3 Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time frame of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.

7.1 An Amazon order number for a purchase

7.2 Sales invoice

7.3 The A dated sales receipt from an authorized JIRENO Reseller that shows a description of the product along with its price

Please note more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).

Warranty claims for product defects expire 90 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have expired their original warranty time frame or 90-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.
